The 39 Steps

We got a chance to go to the  theater on September 5 and see the Thirtynine Steps at the Criterion Theater. We went via the subway (otherwise known as the tube.)

 

Of course there were buskers in the tube station.

 

We headed to Picadilly Circus at night. (Very exciting and London-y!)

The play is hilarious -a campy take off of Hitchcock movies, the book and theater in general.

 

The theater is really neat looking inside.  Here is where you can buy refreshments for the play.

 

The interior is all upholstered in red velvet with organic lines.
