Birch Fantasy

A few more images from my walk the other day.

Birch and beech bark are some of the most interesting elements of life in the upper midwest.

The air is clear and crisp allowing for very vivid colors and images of even the most ordinary objects.

I can see your snow is gradually disappearing. We had a really warm sunny day here in my bit of the UK. I was able to get out in the garden without a coat. Now I know its spring but it could easily all change again tomorrow but I'm keeping fingers crossed.

Couldn't you get a good close-up of that trash bag?

Oh, you wouldn't be interested in that it is a tire tread and not a trash bag

Lovely photos, it's got dull and colder here!

I could probably tell that it was a tire if you got a close-up of it.

Yes, Chris B we are supposed to get snow again next week. Oh well, it was lovely while it lasted.
