Birthday and Flight to Israel

We celebrated my birthday at a Brazilian Steakhouse Chama Gaucho.

A few days later I found myself in a plane headed for Israel.

I had an aisle seat on the way to Frankfurt, but from Frnakfurt we flew over Austria and the alps.

...and then  down over Crete and then Cypress to  Israel.  This very blue island is Mikonos I think.

Crete was easy to recognize.

 

When we hit the middle east I did not recognize anything, but here are some pictures.
