A Taste of Las Vegas

This is a tiny taste of what we saw our first day in Vegas. I don't really have time to post, but thought I would throw up a few pictures real quick! This is what we saw landing at the airport! The Strip is that close!! You can see one turret of our hotel between the towers on the right. The pyramid is at the Luxor next door.

Here is our hotel room at the Excalibur after we already trashed it! I really like our room. The chairs are medieval themed. it is cute!

We aren't far from New York, New York. I love the theme based hotels and casinos and am very sorry that Las Vegas is reducing their numbers in an attempt to become more adult.

Here is the Box Office for Cirque de Soleil's Love. It was a fun but confusing show. Very spectacular in terms of "spectacle" before one's eyes.

And finally here is a view out of our window in the hotel. We don't face the strip, but that is okay because we also don't get the noise. There are still lights to be enjoyed.
