Trip Back to Minnesota

So, we went to Texas to clebrate my birthday and then my Mom came back with us. It was a pretty uneventful trip, but I have a couple of images to share. At a rest stop we encountered this cool construction barrel guy.

Then every time we make this trip I'm surprised at this little group of vehicles outside Elko.

 

I don't know if they are carousel cabs or what, but it is an eclectic collection. There is a Nascar speed way there, so maybe that is what it is all about!

Of course it was raining and not a good day for photography, but I did manage to get a hurried (and blurried) shot. (I know, that isn't a word, but it should be!)
